Are texts sent from my personal number?

No. Texts go out from your team's own business number or a shared Closingbird number, and replies come back to the transaction file so the whole team can see them.

What if someone replies STOP?

They're opted out of further texts, and Closingbird honours it on every file.

Are automatic texts sent at night?

No. Automatic texts only go out between 9am and 8pm in the coordinator's time zone.

What does the status page show?

Progress, days to closing, the next key dates, which documents have been received and who's coordinating. It's a private link, with no login, and you can revoke it any time.
