Drafted follow-ups and Copilot
Follow-up emails drafted for anything overdue, and answers about your pipeline in plain English.
Drafts
When a deadline goes overdue or a document is at risk, Closingbird drafts a follow-up email for you. Drafts collect on the Drafts tab, and on the transaction in Follow-up Drafts.
- Review & send opens the draft in the email composer, where you choose the recipient, edit it and send.
- Dismiss removes it.
Nothing on the Drafts tab is ever sent automatically.
Copilot
The Copilot tab answers questions about your transactions, deadlines and missing documents. Type a question and click Ask, for example:
- Which transactions have something overdue?
- What's due in the next 7 days?
- Which files are missing documents?
- Which transactions close this month?
Copilot only reads; it doesn't change anything. It only sees the transactions you're allowed to see.
