Import from Brokermint, Dotloop or SkySlope

Connect your brokerage's platform, pick transactions to bring in, or import new ones automatically.

Open Transactions and click the plug icon (Integrations). Each platform shows whether it's connected. Brokermint is available now (Beta). Dotloop and SkySlope show Coming soon until they're switched on for your account.

Connect Brokermint

  1. Ask Brokermint support for an API key for your user. It can read the same transactions you can.
  2. Click Connect Brokermint, paste the API key and click Connect.
  3. Go back to Transactions → Integrations.

Bring transactions in

  1. Click Import transactions.
  2. Tick the ones you want (files already imported are marked and link to their transaction) and click Import selected.

Each arrives as a normal transaction with its address, price, key dates, people and documents, and its contract is read. To bring in new ones as they appear, switch on Import new ones automatically.

Nothing is ever written back to the platform. New documents added there are filed on the transaction every 30 minutes, and a date you've set in Closingbird is never changed by a sync. Imported open transactions count toward your plan's limit.
