Plans, the free trial and active-transaction limits
What each plan includes, what counts toward the limit, and what happens when the trial ends.
Every plan includes every feature. They differ in how many open transactions, seats and texts they include.

Yearly billing gets two months free. Only open transactions count toward the limit; closed and fell-through files don't. At the limit, close a finished file or mark one as fell through, or change plan.
The free trial
You get 14 days free with no card needed. The plan chip at the top of Transactions shows how many days are left, and a reminder appears near the end.
If the trial ends without a plan, Closingbird pauses: pages take you to Plan & billing until you choose one. Nothing is deleted, and Records & exports stays open so you can still download your files.
Change or cancel
Open Plan & billing from the plan chip. Use Choose a plan or Change plan, and Invoices, card & cancel for receipts, your card and cancelling.
