Import the transactions you're already working

Bring in a stack of executed contracts or a spreadsheet of open files, with past deadlines marked done.

Updated September 24, 2026

You don't have to start from zero. Open Transactions and click Import. There are two ways in.

A stack of contracts

  1. In the Contracts card, choose or drop your executed PDFs: up to 50 at a time, 25 MB each.
  2. Pick who You represent (or leave it as Not sure / mixed) and the Lead.
  3. Leave Mark deadlines before today as done and Mark checklist steps due before today as done ticked, so files that are already mid-stream don't show up as overdue.
  4. Click Import contracts.

Each contract becomes a transaction called Reading … and is renamed to the property address once it's been read. Reading uses AI credits, roughly 4 per contract.

A spreadsheet

  1. In the Spreadsheet card, choose a .csv or .xlsx file: up to 500 rows, first sheet only.
  2. Click Preview import.
  3. Under Columns, check how each column is matched and change any that are wrong, or set them to Don't import. One column must be matched to Street address.
  4. Click Update preview to see the result, then Import N transactions.

Rows with no address, rows that match a transaction you already have, and repeats within the file are skipped, and the preview tells you why.

Imported open transactions count toward your plan's active-transaction limit. If an import would take you over, it won't start. Close some finished files first or choose a bigger plan.
